2 nights luxury escape from Friday to Sunday, with senior yoga teacher Kathryn Moynihan. Join us for an inspiring weekend retreat in the tranquil beauty of the Burren Yoga Centre. Rooted in the principles of balance and resilience, this vinyasa-focused retreat offers a thoughtful blend of mindful movement, deep alignment, and creative use of props to help you explore and expand your practice.

This retreat invites you to cultivate tools for adapting to life’s inevitable changes—physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. By nurturing flexibility in all these aspects, you’ll learn to navigate life’s ups and downs with grace and ease, building the resilience necessary for sustainable well-being. Whether you're seeking to deepen your yoga practice, recharge your spirit, or simply take a meaningful pause, this retreat is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired. Kathryn has been teaching for the last 18 years in Ireland and abroad. She is currently one of the main facilitators on the Bodhi Yoga school training programme. She teaches retreats, workshops and regular classes in person and online. She has studied and trained in mindfulness and continues to deepen her experience. The Burren Yoga Retreat is located at the foot of the Burren hills nestled amongst the hazel trees.
You are surrounded with a vast choice of special places in the Burren where we go for hill walks, Nature Trail walks, walks by the sea, beautiful beaches and forests to explore. There are lovely places to swim in the sea or in our nearby lake which heats up during the summer.

Outings and meals are optional, so you are free to join all or some as you please during the week. This retreat is a means to come back to yourself and let you be taken care of through nourishing practices, nature and delicious food every day. The Burren Yoga centre’s food is renowned and so many people have said they would come back time and time again just for the amazing hearty veggie food. The chef ‘Clare’ will prepares all vegetarian meals with organic and locally sourced vegetables and the finest ingredients.
