Strong Core - Open Heart to Lightness
6 week online course to reset yourself at the weekend after a long week. A 6 week online course that takes us on the wheel of core work and progerssively moving to stability, opening and softening within. As we slowly move into Spring lets lift our vitality in our practice.
Each Saturday morning we meet for a 60min class integrating our breath, movement, spine and stillness. Each week working to revolutionize our connection to our own power, stability and strength. And the ripple effect will be the releasing and letting go at the end.
A breath based vinyasa practice which will take you through step by step alignment, We will link the core to certain parts of our body creating stability NOT just in the lower abs - for example our shoulders, our legs, our abs etc. To have a stable core you also need to release and open the parts of your body that feel constricted and have less mobility. Closing with a meditation focusing on stilness, relaxing and our self power for a strong year ahead.
