"RESET” - Hamstrings & Shoulders Online Yoga Course

A Saturday/Sunday 6 week online course to reset yourself at the weekend after a long week.

A new online course starting this November 2nd focusing on all things related to your hamstrings & shoulders & including meditation. How to lenthen those stubborn hamstrings whilst improve strength. Focus on that shoulder flexibility with the use of sequences to open up these areas and get ready for those deper practices in yoga. 

We will go through the many sequences to take you into stronger, deeper forward bends, bring stability into your hips & lower back, stronger shoulders, spacious shoulders and always ending with meditation or pranayama.

What do you get out of this course?

  • Preparing your legs and hamstrings to get stronger so that the other parts of your body can release!

  • preparing your hamstrings to get more open for those deeper folds, splits, backbends etc - but not feel so achy after stretching!

  • preparing your shoulder mobility so backbending in all its form can feel better! Get stronger.

  • 10-15 mins meditation/pranayama at the end

  • 75min class

  • feel ready for your weekend and energised.

  • Recorded online & live on zoom

    All Levels Props: strap, two blocks and blanket. Schedule: Saturdays & two Sundays Dates below on Zoom live , recordings emailed that evening or early morning next day.

Recordings emailed  after each class each week in case you miss the class.

What do you need ? A blanket, mat, Yoga block(s), yoga strap & we might use a wall!
