I believe yoga is meant to be a practice to help us live our life in a more meaningful, authentic and rewarding way. I teach In person / online classes with alignment-focus and prop based yoga with breathwork,, themed intelligent sequences and meditation. For those who want to begin a practice or expand your practice to a much deeper level. Feeling good and spacious in our body is also a means to help our mental health, our energy and stay grounded.
