I will be teaching Vinyasa yoga and meditation, pranayama breathing and integrating reflections to reset ourselves for the rest of the year!

Join me for a week or the weekend long retreat to reconnect back to yourself and set your intentions mid year. Guided intention setting meditations to help you bring the qualities of hope, care, loving kindness, clarity and joy for 2024.
These retreats (with options to stay for a shorter time) are a luxury escape from Friday to Monday (thursday for the long retreat), focusing on our practice each day through intelligent vinyasa yoga sequencing, pranayama, meditation from a buddhist approach and deep rest in the evenings through body scans. Morning practices are more dynamic and afternoon practices are very quiet, slow, restorative and aim to relax the nervous system more deeply.

This retreat will focus on bringing your awareness into the present. Getting in touch with your physical body, the breath and observing the thoughts within the present moment. Vinyasa flow and morning practices every day followed by a hearty breakfast and walks later. Later in the afternoon we will focus on restorative and yin practices with an evening body scan meditation. Its a short retreat but perfect for creating a ‘GAP’ for yourself in-between the busy schedules. It allows you to take a pause for yourself in the midst of 2024.

The Burren Yoga Retreat is located at the foot of the Burren hills nestled amongst the hazel trees.

You are surrounded with a vast choice of special places in the Burren where we go for hill walks, Nature Trail walks, walks by the sea, beautiful beaches and forests to explore. All walks are optional if you prefer to just relax and take space at the yoga centre.
The sea is only around the corner by car so you can always go for your swim every day if you like. Or grab a bike on your day off to explore the area.
The walks are probably the best in the world for the stunning distinctive burren landscape.

Going on retreat can offer a period of rest and recovery from the speedy quality of everyday life.

Clare our chef is incredible! She will prepare all vegetarian meals with organic and locally sourced vegetables and the finest ingredients. As well as savour the local cafe options in the area.

Outings and meals are optional, so you are free to join all or some as you please during the week. This retreat is a means to come back to yourself and let you be taken care of through nourishing practices, nature and delicious food every day. The Burren Yoga centre’s food is renowned and so many people have said they would come back time and time again just for the amazing hearty veggie food. The chef there will prepares all vegetarian meals with organic and locally sourced vegetables and the finest ingredients.
