Online Yoga course & meditation, Feb 5th Mondays Only.  

Embark on a 5-week exploration of your yoga practice with my "All at the Wall: New Beginnings" online yoga course for 2024! Get yourself  back into your yoga practice and feel good as this year starts.  A blend of dynamic sequences focusing on side body, spinal rotation, deepening backbends, inversions & core play at the wall -  all centered around the incredible support of the wall prop.

Immerse yourself in the benefits of using the wall for enhanced alignment and support in your practice.Some of our sessions will be accompanied by a guided meditative reflection on cultivating new beginnings for the year 2024. Each class will be a full-body practice. All recorded and available the next day.

Your Practice using the wall:  Explore the versatility of the wall as a tool for refining  poses and providing gentle support. Each Monday evening I will be teaching the classical poses and mobility work using the wall in some fun new ways to deepen your practice. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or trying to get back into your practice !

This course is open to everyone but not complete beginners.
